FIR – VANILLA HONEY

We place our beehives to collect honeydew from the fir forests growing at the highest picks in the Alpine landscapes of Peloponnese. Fir honey is a completely unique product, with distinctive flavour and aroma, and an extremely thick texture. Its colour and appearance vary, according to its region of origin. Fir honey is rich in carbohydrates, organic acids, proteins, amino acids, enzymes and vitamins, and has low moisture content.
